This is a custom of the dynamic stallion Gulfstream sculpted by Mr. Anki in Venti 1:20 scale. In my hands, he has been transformed into something truly unique – a real polo pony.
I believe many artists, as well as anyone fascinated by horse colors, will instantly recognize the living prototype behind this piece. You may have even seen him featured on the cover of the book “The Equine Tapestry: An Introduction to Colors and Patterns.”
I sculpted a brand-new mane, tail, and ears for him, but the true centerpiece is his coat. I paid the closest attention to replicating the incredibly rare manchado pinto pattern. This color is so unusual that every marking had to be studied and captured with precision.
His paintwork is rich in depth and complexity: the bay base carries layers of red, chestnut, brown, and black tones, while the white areas are shaded with delicate pastels—beige, pink, and soft grays. All this was done to bring him as close to life as possible. His eyes, nostrils, and hooves are finished with glossy varnish for that final touch of realism.
And yes - this boy is currently available for offers! He’s ready to find a new home and become a highlight in any collection!
