Embodied Equine Images
Renaissance was the period of intense development of art, literature, architecture and science. This age represents aspirations of humanity to knowledge and beauty. It is here, during Renaissance, horses got a new status — from labor animals they became an object of art and inspiration.
About the collection
The gold standard horse for me are classical horses from the great artist's canvases.

So how soon I would start molding such a pictorial sculpture was a question of time. Moreover, when I started to work on the first sculpture I understood that it wouldn't be the only one. I should be a herd!

What's a collection of pictorial horses?

Embodied Equine Images (EEI) is my collection of stylized sculptures that represents by itself a unique creative expression. To create this collection, I was inspired by canvases of the old painting and classical dressage.

At first, I wanted to make an exact copy of paintings in sculpture, but the work process made its changes in the general view. The more I immersed in molding, the more I understood that things which look nice on a painting are not good enough in sculpture. So I decided to save the general pictorial image and some of the style, but still it represents my interpretation of classical canvases.

The collection contains 5 resins.

The whole collection will be edited by the end of 2024.
Each horse will be he edited in 1:24 scale and have limits by the number of copies.

The first horse of the release.

The stallion is depicted in the short gallop phase - the weight is transferred to the symmetrically placed hind legs brought under the body, with the front legs in the air. This is the classic dressage silhouette that every equestrian will recognize.

The second horse of the release.

I sculptured George performing the high school element - piaffe.
I made George as elegant and soft as possible. His neck is a bit up and round, his head is almost in vertical position and slightly turned inwards. His mane and tail are decorated with detailed braids and ribbons. Thanks to wide tail base it's very stable.
