Each sculpture is produced individually through a fully handmade casting process. As a result, slight variations between individual copies may occur. Minor differences in surface details are a natural characteristic of handmade resin castings and do not constitute defects.

Unpainted resin sculptures are intended for adult collectors and artists only. They are designed as collectible art objects and are not toys.

The sculptures are not suitable for children.

The full value of each item is declared accurately on the customs declaration.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country of residence.

Failure to pay required customs charges does not qualify for a refund. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded. Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be recalculated based on the destination.

The seller is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruptions, customs delays, or international restrictions.

All orders are shipped from Russia.

Copies are not shipped immediately after purchase. Production is limited to a small number of castings per week, which may result in extended turnaround times.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the selected shipping method, carrier policies, destination country, and the number of items in the order.

All unpainted sculptures are customizable unless otherwise stated for a specific release.

None of the sculptures may be copied, scanned, digitally reproduced, or distributed in any form, including 3D scanning and reproduction.

All designs are protected by copyright. Please respect the artist’s intellectual property.

Exchanges are only possible if the item arrives damaged.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

Unpainted resin castings must be inspected for damage within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, a replacement will be provided.

The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging, with all included materials, within 14 days. If the damaged item is not returned within this timeframe, the buyer will be charged for the replacement.

Personal information provided in connection with an order is used solely to fulfill the order and to communicate with the buyer regarding that order.
