My unpainted sculptures are customizable unless otherwise noted in a particular release. None of my sculptures can be copied/scanned in 3D and reproduced in circulation. Be respectful of copyright.

SHIPPING:
All shipments come from Russia.
Copies will not be sent immediately. There is a limit on the number of items that can be produced per week, which can make the turnaround quite long.

All orders are subject to product availability.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I indicate the full value in the customs declaration upon delivery. International buyers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees.

Failure to pay your country's duties/taxes/duties are NOT a reason for a guaranteed refund. If you do not receive the model and it is returned to me, then you will not receive a refund. You will be charged for reshipping. Shipping costs for new shipments will be calculated
based on your location.

If this is your first international purchase, please check the duties/taxes/fees in your country BEFORE purchasing.

RETURN AND REFUND:
Exchange are only possible if the item is damaged. Refunds are possible within a month after the receiving of the item.

Unpainted resins should be inspected for damage within 7 days of receiving them. If your product is damaged upon delivery, I will replace the model.

Please pack the damaged model in the original packaging and return it with the printed contents included within two weeks. Otherwise, you will be charged for the replacement item.
